Unit 17 covers the common equipment and teaching aids used in EFL classrooms. I have learned / relearned in this unit that several resources (i.e. white board/ black board, IWB, OHP, worksheets, CD player, videos and DVDs) are helpful in teaching EFL and that each of these resources has its advantages and disadvantages. As well, I have assimilated that there are a number of basic principles to be considered when using white/black boards. Finally, I have realized that there is a plethora of accessible online resources that can help EFL teachers and learners.
