Unit 14 is talking about course book and lesson materials, which are the main resource for teaching especially for inexperienced teacher. The experienced teacher shoul use only extra materials. There are two types of teaching materials. Authentic, which are using only by native speakers, like newspaper radio, newspaper movie and so on. On the other hand, created materials can be fitted into every level of students, but take more time to creat. Whatever a teacher uses it’s up to him but one thing every teacher should understand that without additional materials their lesson will not be motivating and balanced.
