It was great being able to see how ones attitude and presence as a teacher in the class can have an effect on the students. It was clear in the first activity the teacher seamed uninterested in the students answers and it made the students feel intimidated. In the second video the teacher knew the students names and was kind and patient and the students participated more because of it. It was clear that the students in the second video learned more from the class as well. In the first video you could see the students coming in late which shows that they have a lack of respect for the teacher as well. It is important to build a good rapport with the students and prepare a lesson so you don't get confused on what you are going to teach and it won't confuse the students either.
