This lesson was a challenge, but one worth trying. I learned a lot about reading and listening in the classroom, and the various ways to implement it, especially in the ESA methodology. There was no doubt going in to the lesson that I was in need of the information, but reading that there is so much depth to the concepts, really laid it all out for me. I was thrilled to learn that there are so many ways to read and listen because it means that despite my usage not fully adapting any one style, I am still not doing anything wrong, so to speak. There is still so much left to learn and study about this subject, and I will be referring back to it often.
