It was very interesting! I think you want to place parts of second video at the ESA explanation lesson.
Sure, teacher should have brilliant pronunciation, excellent knowledge of grammar, pretty huge vocabulary. But all of these is nothing if teacher behaves like in the first video. He knows local tradition, he take off his shoes. It’s good for him. But he didn’t say “Hello!”, “Good bye”, he didn’t know names of students, used his mobile phone, etc. It seems to me that teacher’s attitude to students is the most important.
