This unit helped me understand how to overcome various troubles within a classroom. Examples of a few troubles in the classroom can be, getting the students to establish rapport with one another or allowing the students to be comfortable using the English language instead of their native language. Another difficulty may be keeping the slower paced students up to speed with the quicker learners. You can build rapport through various group or pair activities. Make sure to constantly speak in the English language so that the students can always be hearing the English language and can build confidence instead of resulting to their comfort zone that is their native language. It is the educator's job to ensure each and every student understands the language and receives the same level of attention as every other student. No matter the learning speed of that individual.
