This unit examined the various parts of conduct and organizational management a successful teacher should have in a classroom. The first level of conduct included mannerisms such as eye contact, voicing, and appropriate gestures. Their importance lies in the confidence and awareness of the students which can affect their engagement later on in the study and activate stages. The second section included organizational views on what shape or type of seating would best benefit the class as well as views on teacher talk time and student talk time. This section also affects the attentiveness of the class as it progresses. The last section examined discipline and instructions. The interaction and conduct of the teacher is a massive factor in the maintenance of health relationships and respect between the teacher and student.
