A good teacher should be able to plan and organize the lesson, he also needs to be creative to come with new ideas how to make the learning easier and joyful for his students. He should be a listener to be able to understand the student's way of thinking because in different cultures people can think differently. The teacher should be able to be as a friend to his students and to explain kindly to them their errors, he should be a good tutor as well. Each student is different and the teacher should be sensitive enough to be able to teach his students effectively. He should have the best knowledge of the language and also clear pronunciation.
