Unit 5 was about managing classes. Discussed subjects were classroom arrangements, how to deal with problem behaviour, how much the teacher should talk (Teacher Talking Time), how much students should talk (STT), how to build rapport with the students and how to encourage students to build rapport among each other. Many more subjects were discussed such as how to use eye contact, gestures and the voice.
This unit will be very useful when it comes to deciding how to deal with different types of classes.
