In this unit, we have talked about the different theories, methods, and techniques of teaching. It first introduced us to the classical method which has been used for centuries. Then it talked about other methods which seem to be more natural than the classical method. Finally, after all methods were introduced, it led us to the Engage, Study, and Activate method where all the other methods can be incorporated. It gives the teachers the freedom to work with different methods as well as having the students engaged and not having them get bored. I have learned about so many different methods that I was able to get information and see what would work best with my personality. Furthermore, with these different methods introduced, I learned that the most important thing is to keep the students' interest in mind first, making sure the teacher doesn't have much of a talk time, and that lessons should be highly centered on the students.
