This section outlines proper classroom management and methods for teaching to be the most effective. Some examples that stood out the most were: using teacher talk time only an appropriate amount of time, calling on students in random order to keep them attentive, having misbehaving students stay after class, and remembering when to properly use gestures. These things may seem simple enough, but they could greatly influence the learning environment of a student. Respect between student and teach is a must in order for students to take the class and material seriously. The teacher but continuously work on these points to create a respectful, fun, calm, learning environment.
