In this unit it discusses the importance of lesson planning especially for newer teachers. Most newer teachers will lack the flexibility of experienced teachers so having a lesson plan that they can follow will allow them to not stumble during a given lesson. This however doesn't mean that the teacher must follow the written lesson plan rigidly. A certain amount of flexibility is needed as things will not always go 100% according to plan. It is good to note the objectives of the lesson , the possible problems which may arise during the lesson and how to overcome said problems. Another good habit to keep us recording down the lesson so you can reflect on it in the future to fix what was ineffective or to keep using what was effective.
