Managing a classroom is not so easy. It requires experience and also attention to different details: the class dimension, the number of students, the role of the teacher (do we want to be dominant or do we prefer to create a more intimate class?). In order to be a good teacher we must also take care of eye contact, gesture, tone of voice.
