This unit was a simple and concise summary of what makes up good teachers and learners, though I have had some teaching experience, I found the the breakdown of the teacher into many roles very helpful. It allows me to picture those roles more clearly and hopefully utilize and connect that to the activities I want to undertake with my students to run a more effective classroom and monitor my own self better as teacher, making sure I am not over or under doing a certain role.
Along with that, the summary of the differences of Adult and Young learners is helpful so as to be conscious on how to tailor lessons relevant to each group, and overall to be able to maintain a balanced and well run classroom space for great learning.
