I realized that there are different past tenses in this chapter. I had forgotten the different forms of past tenses such as the irregular words or not that I forgot about them but that they came natural. I could see how a student could easily make the mistake of wanting to want -ed or -ing at the end of the words to make it past tense. It is important to structure a sentence in order to really get the information out that one is intending. Past perfect continuous was my biggest struggle in this chapter with understanding the formation and the way it is used.
