I found the unit videos to very well drawn out demonstrations of what is and is not an effective lesson. The teachers attitude toward the students I felt was the most obvious predictor as to how the students did in each lesson. The teachers attitude was mirrored by the students in both classes the first class the students were withdrawn and uninterested but most of confused, the second lesson the student were engaged and motivated to learn. I believe these demonstrations will give insight into what I need to work on in my future Tefl lessons. This unit had a lot of helpful insight on what to do in a class and what not to do in a class.
