Unit 19 was about "Teaching Special Groups". Those are "beginners", "individual itudents","children", "Business English/English for Specific Purposes" and "monolingual/multilingual classes". It was explained how to best teach those different groups, what to avoid, and which approaches work best for a certain group. For expample when teaching "beginners" you shouldn't focus on what is difficult, but on what is easy. You don't want to demotivate them, so don't over-correct and create a relaxing atmosphere. Individual students for example will be much more motivated in general, so you could take a different approch with them than with another group.
