The unit deals with the skill of organising and managing the class.It recommends some practical ways to help establish rapport between the teacher and students and class spirit.I fully agree that the teachers should be able to find their own style of teaching, preserving the necessary balance between being firm and "laissez-faire" style,i.e.the teacher strikes the correct balance between exercising control and encouraging a relaxed,friendly atmosphere conducive to learning.The teacher must be flexible and change his/her role according to the activity and situation without being dominant.
