This unit went over course materials and how to apply them so that your students learn the new language effectively. Course books are recommended but should not be used too often as they may bore the students eventually. So, you want to mix it up with created materials (note-cards, crosswords, word search, etc.) and authentic materials (menus, video, audio, or articles) to keep their interest. This unit also reminded me of how to apply the Boomerang style and flow through each lesson by making sure they are engaging, studying, and activating to apply their knowledge of the language in various ways.
