This unit was on teaching pronunciation, this is something that is over looked after primary school and usually is something we do not focus in our society. I have never really used IPA before so there was a large learning curve but I am getting better at using IPA after reading this Unit. I will be trying to learn more IPA to better use it and so that I can expect my students to be learning something I personally know and not just my language. This Unit also covered intonation,stress and the different areas of the vocal system we use in speech.
