This unit focused on lesson planning and the basics of setting one up. What I took away from this lesson was that when it comes to planning a lesson for a class, there a number of special issues that must be considered. These include flexibility or the ability of a lesson to be adaptable to change when given. There needs to be set goals for the lesson plan. Revision is needed when making a lesson plan and the content needs to be continually reviewed. Finally, there needs to be variety and balance as teachers want to be sure all skills are included and given equal treatment.
