As a teacher, I know how important is the classroom management. Every time I read or review ideas, suggestions, etc. I find them extremely useful.
I really enjoyed this chapter since I love to establish a good rapport with my students, it doesn't matter the level or age, I think is essential to be a kind of "friend" in order to teach them, to motivate them, to help them if they need, etc. I love to experiment with classroom arrangement, Every group is different, so I like to see the reactions and how this could help me how to be a better teacher in the future.
