This unit was very informative on the breakdown of special groups that an ESL teacher might encounter. Beginners cover a variety of levels from absolute beginner to the adult beginner. Again in this unit, there are many ideas for teaching, motivating and possible problems that might arise. As the unit progressed, Business English was covered in great detail. Possibilities of one to one, in company groups and in school groups. I can understand when the write states that most teachers might be a little intimidated by teaching this group of diverse levels, ages and status. The unit ended with covering the difference between the monolingual and multilingual classes with their advantages and disadvantages.
