This unit covered class management. I learned how to organize the class activities, the different types of seating arrangements and the affect it can have, how to appropriate use gestures and interact with the students to control the class, and how to develop rapport with the students. There were lots of great details that I find to be extremely useful and can recall situations where my former teachers had also used these techniques. This proves that these techniques are extremely useful in managing a class.
