The content in this unit covered the basic part of speech in the English language. As a native English speaker, there were a few topics that I didn't even know there was a specific word to describe that part of speech such as gerunds. For the most part, I have understand how the language works but I wouldn't be able to describe how it works since I wasn't taught the specific linguistics very thoroughly. It's really great that I can further refine my knowledge about the English language and understand the detailed structure of how it works.
