The common problems and situations in this unit I found to be very useful .The first lesson of a class is useful to build a rapport with your students and to find out their needs and also at what level they are at .Using pair and group work ,worksheets and appointing group leaders help with a large class.Having reluctant students I'm sure is difficult for any teacher so by having the ideas shown in this unit is really helpful
