In this unit I have found that there are different ways of testing and evaluating students. Some are more extensive than others and some some can help identify what the student is having difficulty with which is what the diagnostic testing helps with. The practise tests and placement tests speak for themselves really .
The categories in the Cambridge assessments are for different levels and the ESOL are for for people who have chosen to live in the uk and are good for a variety of skills that they will need.
