This unit shows the ways that you can teach vocabulary and grammar by using the techniques .The techniques that are shown for using straight arrow ,boomerang and patchwork lessons are really helpful and make the unit makes it nice and clear one how to use them for teaching grammar and vocabulary .Its also useful to know what the students need to know about vocabulary items .ie The meaning of the words, where the word belongs ;how it is spelt and how it is spoken.Introducing into the lessons the grammatical structures on how the grammar is said, written and what it means is useful to know .This unit has shown me how to structure my lesson and present it using the different ideas and techniques .
