This unit has been very informative and helpful for when I begin to teach English as a second language to students. There are a lot of great examples that I will definitely implement in order to use the Engage, Study, Activate Method of teaching. The Correction Techniques section is very helpful and a great review for what works for students. I do know that I also need to consider the culture that I am teaching in and what is acceptable versus unacceptable for correcting and praising students in the classroom. Also, the reminder about distinguishing between mistakes and errors was very helpful. I will definitely reference this lesson a lot while teaching English.
