I am a type of teacher that believes in lesson planning. I believe that if you don't have an objective of the course and how you plan to get there it is hard to measure if you have achieved what you have set out to achieve. I really like the lesson plan format that you have provided and will definitely utilize it. I have never thought of evaluating myself but can see some definite advantages to this process. I always can find ways to improve my lesson.
