I learned about the structures of lesson planning. A lesson should be kept simple, structured, balanced, not scripted, open for flexibility and adaptation, and the teacher must be organised. Putting a lesson plan together, the teacher must know the learner objectives, class level, what the teacher would like to improve, language point, materials and other aids that are needed for the lesson, problems that may occur, number of students, date/ time, and teacher's and observer's names is all needed information for a lesson plan. Then the procedure, phase, timing, and interaction are built around the information of the classroom.
