In this unit the lessons were focused on what makes a good teacher and a good student, focusing on how when a teacher is good the students will be good. What was covered throughout this unit was the roles that a teacher has and when to use them, how to approach students so they can give it their best, and how different backgrounds affect both the approach to learning as well as the material taught.
One of the lessons that I felt was most relevant was the understanding of the roles that a teacher has to take in order to make the class atmosphere be motivational and instructive. The students no matter in which stage they are, will require the teacher to always stay in character and know how to control the group in each situation.
A good skill that I got from this is that because different situations will come up, I now know which role to approach the students with.
