I have learned that as a teacher I will play many roles. All of them will be very important and I should know when to play each role. I have also learned that different age groups of students will also play a role in how they see the lesson. Adult learners will usually motivate themselves where younger learners will need motivation and their lessons should me more entertaining to keep them focused. I have learned that I should not make students feel uncomfortable when they make a mistake by correcting them but rather keep motivating them until they get it right. In conclusion the better I handle my class based on their age, level of English and their motivation the better my learners will be as well.
