This was a very enjoyable (if shorter than expected) lesson on teaching special groups, and certainly vital reading to any new teacher entering the field. While reading this unit, it reminded me of my time in Argentina as a school teacher who never trained to teach business English / teach in companies. Many strategies luckily came naturally, but just like some of the advanced grammar terms that the students flooded me with, I found that I had to prepare / review more than I did as a school teacher to ensure that I could have the answer the students were seeking on hand. If I had access to the content of this unit beforehand, the stress/prep time would have been greatly reduced (!).
