Being able to break down the sentences into its parts is very useful in explaining how to build a sentence to students. Also, I think it is helpful to be able to compare/contrast with the students' native language to help the student understand how the English sentence structure is like. Personally, this capture has been a great review, and makes me realize how I take for granted daily English speech allows me to understand English without going into details of the language. This chapter also makes me realize that I will require more review to confidently explain these parts of a sentence to students.
