I learnt what factors as a teacher need to be considered when arranging seating order.
I also learnt how to keep balance with Teacher talking time and Student talking time.
This unit helped me to realize that after giving instructions it`s better to ask students what they have been told to do, rather than asking "Do you undestand?".
In addition i found some practical tips how to improve good rapport, such as using ice breaking activity and Personalizing activities for students and their surroundings.
This unit also provided good reminders for a teacher, such as what he/she can in order to prevent classrom problem behaviour.
