In this unit, it discusses about classroom arrangements and ways to manage a classroom such as the advantages and disadvantages of teacher talk-time and student talk-time. I learned that when teachers write on the board, there are ways to do so in order to reduce the time of turning ones back toward students. There are also ways to giving individual attention, instructions, and building rapport toward students. I also learned that in order to build rapport toward students, at the start of the course, it is best if teachers consider having students make a name card which is visible to everyone, and also do some ice-breaker activities in order for students to interact and talk. Also, throughout the course, it is best if teachers put students in pair work as often as possible and let students correct each other.
