It was very helpful to be able to see the difference between ineffective teaching and effective teaching through the videos in this unit. Especially in the second lesson, it was helpful to see how the different activities flowed into each other seamlessly. There was not necessarily a marked distinction between Engage and Study, at least from the vantage point of the students or a casual observer. It was definitely helpful to have good teaching role modeled and this unit makes me want to seek out further role model teachers for myself to emulate and take inspiration from.
