Unit 5 is about Managing Classes which I think is one of the most important things the teacher should know and learn. This is important because it is only having a very good skill in managing and organizing a class will make a positive learning outcome. As what the unit has just said, a teacher must be able to inspire confidence in the students. I am teaching right now in an Arab world where most of the time it is the students' behavior that causes problem in the teaching and learning process. I could hear some of my colleagues saying that they find it difficult to deliver the lesson as there are many students that cause disturbance in the class which I could relate. One of the problems I could see from here is that the school allows some special need students to be mixed with the regular ones and that the school has no facility to deliver. Well, I just hope to cope and learn more about managing such group.
