This unit primarily dealt with ESA, engage, study, activate. Engage is the class warm-up, meant to get everyone into the right mindset and attitude to learn. Study is the primary learning portion of the class, introducing new concepts or repeating old ones. Activate is the practical portion of class, applying what was learned in a way that helps to remember. While reading this unit i came up with an idea to use board games for reading comprehension practice, as students would be required to read and understand a rule book in order to play properly.
