In this unit, I got many reflection of the class management skills which I uesed in my class, like the Eye contact,gesture,voice,classroom arrangement, giving instructions and establishing rapport. I also got many ideas about how to group children in the class and when group them in pair or in group. I feel like the part about TTT and STT is very useful for me. I makes me reconsider whether I talked too much in my class and how I could change ,like use gestures to instead of language for explanation and instructions etc. At last, the sections of maintaining discipline and responding to problem behavior give me some summarized tips of how to deal with the problem and difficulty in class. But I feel like I still need lots of practice in the real class, because it could be very flexible to handle the problem behaviors in different situation.
