Unit eleven was about how effective a lesson is depending on the attitude of the teacher, and the way in which he taught the lesson. In the first video he was very negative when the students said an incorrect answer. He was also rude, and didn't seem to want to be there, so he rushed through all the lessons, and left in a hurry at the end of the class. In the second video, which I assume was taken before the first video because of the introductions, he was more positive during the entire class, and more respect of the students. When someone in the class gave a wrong answer in the second video, he didn't reprimand them for it. Which is what he did in the first video, so it was very intimidating for the students to respond. The lesson he taught in second video was also more effective, because the students were more engaged and interacting with each other, while the teacher participated in a non-theatening way during the activate stage.
