The unit is very helpful to those who have not had a teaching experience of a real class situation.It opens one's eye on the requirements of how to manage a classroom the dos and dont's. In my opinion establishing a good rapport and self confidence are the key factors that help in managing a classroom.If a teacher does not have confidence this creates problems on trying to build a good relationship of understanding with the learners.
