Teaching special groups entails teaching one student to teaching many students who come from various walks of life in the same room. I have never had a one-on-one teaching experience, but I believe students in a one-on-one class would benefit greatly due in large part to the teacher's undivided attention on the student. I think it is crucial to try to incorporate all age groups when selecting teaching aids and materials. Creating a class that everyone enjoys helps eliminate any outliers who may otherwise have a terrible time with the class.
