There are different method techniques of teaching.It's important as the primary objective of teaching is to learn the student.It's good to use different approaches and methods to challenge myself to find ways to reach each students.My choice of teaching methods is depends on unique ways of learning to connect with the students and the culture of the students.I like ESA methology because its like to engage students in more active learning process.And also its good idea that i've learn some correction techniques and correcting writing code to encourage students to ask questions and consider what they want to know and provides guidance and support for students.
