The unit provides us with useful tips how to approach individual groups of students. Only seldom can we find a group where each student has the same motivation, background or level of English. Therefore, it is very important for us, teachers, to find out about our students' skills and knowledge. This way we will be able to lead our class efficiently. We may perfectly allow less able pupils more time to complete their activities and prepare more materials for more able students so they don't feel bored. It is also important to establish rapport with our students and to create a comfortable environment where they will love to learn. Using warmers, changing activities and often including games may helps us make our class interesting.
