In this unit, I have learnt about how to use your voice as a teacher appropriately, which tone to use and in which situations can you use the voice. I am also now well informed on how to use the names of the students, so you can be able to deliver an effective lesson. As much as the grouping of students is great, there are both advantages and disadvantages to this type of method. The other method that I have also learnt is pairing (when it comes to controlling a class) This method also has its downsides and the advantages. This unit has also taught me a lot about Teacher's talk time and student talk time, in addition, it has taught about the proper way of using eye contact, voice and also student's name. Conclusively space availability, types of chairs/tables, the age of students, nationality and personality plays a huge role in organizing the position of the students and teacher.
