Managing classes is sometimes my headache when teaching kids. Especially when some spoiled kids start crying for unacceptable reason, all I can do is just to tell the kids that crying will not work in class. But after learning this unit, I realize that students emotional reaction may be caused by many reasons related to classes management, which requires our teachers to vary our teaching styles according to different students.
