I have learnt from this passage about teachers and learns,such as how to be a good teacher and to be a good learner,the identifiying the level of students in learning English and teachers' roles in class ( manager,model,tutor and so on).A good teacher allows their students to ask many questions what they do not understand. A teacher behaves as a role model,such as with a correct teaching and right pronounciation. A teacher needs to motivate his or her students to learn better.
