An introduction to teaching special groups, as well as monolingual and multilingual classes, was presented in this unit. The special groups included the various kinds of beginners, adults and children, individual classes, and business English classes. The detailed information and tips on teaching children was very helpful, and the information on preparing for and executing a business English lesson was very informative. Finding an example of a needs analysis form included in the material was very nice, as was the encouragement for adaptation of the form for use in other classes as well.
